The Monitor is for scanning the book — surfacing what needs attention. The Workbench is for understanding a single leg or combo in depth before acting.
You'll typically jump from a flagged row in the Monitor or a Signal in Insights into the Workbench, work through the tabs, and exit with a decision (roll, hold, flag for advisor).
