How to Add a Client to PLASMA

To add a client to PLASMA via the UI, login to PLASMA and click on the Clients tab.

There are two ways to add clients: CSV upload or via form.

To add in bulk via CSV, download the template by clicking the Download Template in the top right corner

Filling out the template will allow you to import in bulk. Once complete, click within the upload area or drag the file into the box

PLASMA will read the template and populate the form. Here you can also add rows manually by clicking the Add Row button

PLASMA requires a value for name, account number, and BridgeFT ID number (if you plan to utilize the native integration.) The account number entered here can be an internal or dummy account number. Your Partner Success Manager can provide you with the the BridgeFT ID for the account you are planning on managing within PLASMA.

Once the form is complete, click Next

The following screen will display all your accounts including the newly added accounts.
