Yayati engages third-party subprocessors to help us provide services and power our products. As a condition of using a subprocessor to process data, Yayati enters into a written agreement with each subprocessor containing data protection standards at least as the technical and organizational measures Yayati has put into place to protect customer personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access.
